including 10 mg zinc

Borage oil powder (Borago officinalis): 29.6 mg

Vitamin B3: 16 mg

Anti-caking agent: coconut flour

Natural B-carotene: 800 mg (133 µg vitamin A)

Copper gluconate: 7.35 mg

including 1 mg copper

Vitamin B1: 1 mg

Vitamin B2: 1.4 mg

Directions for use :
1 capsule during the day or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
