Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) 2% vitexin extract: 300 mg

Valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis) with 0.3% sesquiterpene acid: 285 mg

Eschscholtzia extract (Eschscholtzia californica): 285 mg

Griffonia extract (Griffonia simplicifolia) 25% 5-HTP: 285 mg

Envelope of vegetable origin (pullulane)

Hops (Humulus lupulus): 120 mg

Coconut flour

Anti-caking agent: magnesium carbonate

Essential oil of small grain (Citrus aurantium): 6 mg
