Acacia seyal fibre

Rosehip extract: 171 mg including 120 mg of vitamin C - 150% of NRVs

Plant-based capsule shell (pullulan)

Ferrous bisglycinate: 14 mg of iron - 100% of NRVs

Coconut flour

Vitamin B12: 2.5 µg - 100% of NRVs

Vitamin B9: 200 µg - 100% of NRVs.

Directions for use:
2 capsules per day or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
