Anti-caking agent: magnesium carbonate and magnesium salts of fatty acids

Magnesium bisglycinate including 3 mg of magnesium: 30 mg

including 3 mg of magnesium

Vitamin K2: 25 µg
Vitamin D3: 5 µg

Directions for use:
3 tablets during the day or as recommended by your health practitioner.
