THE PRICES
The prices indicated on the Website include Value Added Tax (VAT). Port fees are applied to each order. The exact amount depends on the country of delivery of your order.
Our product offerings and prices are valid until they are visible on the site.
The offers and prices are subject to changes during the year. The products ordered will be charged at prevailing prices (that is to say on the site) at the time of placing the order by the buyer.
PAYMENT
Physiosens The site allows you to make and validate your order online by setting credit card. Payment is made directly online via a secure transaction, with Systempay payment solution directly with our partner "Banque Populaire".
Important: your payment details are exchanged in encrypted mode.
If you prefer not to send your credit card number on the Internet, the site Physiosens also lets you print your order and send it to us by mail (in this case you also have the option to attach a command check amount ) or bank transfer.
Finally, you also have the option of ordering by phone. You can then pay by credit card.
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are paid by it when ordering.
We ship the goods from the time when it was paid in full (including shipping).
PURCHASE TERMS
The products in the range are Physiosens sold only to authorized persons who consulted a therapist to advise Physiosens products.
A therapist code is given to clients at the end of the consultation. This code is required to place an order online, by mail or by phone.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
Your package will leave on the day of your order if it is placed before 12pm (except weekends and holidays), otherwise the next day.
AVAILABILITY produts
If out of stock short, we reserve the right to delay a few days our mailing, time to replenish.
If out of stock is of longer duration, a first package will be shipped with immediately available products. Physiosens ship other products at its expense upon receipt.
For phone orders, our advisors will inform you immediately on availability.
For orders placed via the Internet or by mail, you will be informed by mail or telephone, according to information that we have to reach you.
According to Article l. 138-1 of the Consumer Code, the delivery of products will be made no later than 30 days after the control order validated by editing an invoice from us.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
We proceed to ship your orders from Monday to Friday within 24 hours from the date of invoice, subject to product availability.
During the weekend and on public holidays, no shipment is made.
If we are missing one or more products, Physiosens can deliver an order in several times. However, the Buyer will pay for only one delivery.
Our services are arranged for stockouts are rare and short as possible.
Our deliveries in France are made via the so colissimo service deliveries to the overseas territories, from abroad, Belgium, Monaco and Andorra are made in Colissimo.
SHIPPING

As a customer, you have a right of withdrawal to return one or more product (s) and to be repaid. The following terms are applicable to exercise this right:
The terms of the right of withdrawal:
1) You have 14 days to send us by mail or via another durable medium (email, etc.), your withdrawal request after receiving the package. In case the 14th day is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday or day off, you get an extension until the next business day.

Upon receipt of your request, your entire order (including postage) will be refunded.
Return shipping charges are to be paid by you.
Transport costs for products exceeding a weight of 30 kg are € 29.25 for delivery in metropolitan France.
To improve our quality approach with our customers, we would be grateful to provide the reasons for the return of your package.

4) You will be reimbursed for your products from the receipt of your package and no later than 14 days from the date you made your request of withdrawal. You will be informed by email that the refund of your order has been made.

All our products are ready for shipment and packaged so as to protect the best of all shocks during postal transport, Physiosens disclaims all liability in case of breakage during postal delivery. No claims will be accepted concerning the flask breaks upon delivery of the package.
EXPIRY DATES
Expiration dates and lot numbers are provided on our products. Each lot is identified in the laboratory, you can contact us about it, if necessary.

COMPUTER RISK
Physiosens not be held liable for damage, loss or "hacking" accidental data entered and transmitted on our services that may occur despite all the precautions implemented to ensure the confidentiality and security of such data.
CHANGES TO SAY CONDITIONS OF SALE
